1. Shipping Policy（配送ポリシー）

All products sold on this website are digital download items. No physical goods will be shipped. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link, and your files will also be accessible from the “My Account” page.

当サイトで販売している商品は、すべてデジタルダウンロード商品です。物理的な商品の発送はありません。 購入完了後、ダウンロードリンクが記載されたメールが届き、「マイアカウント」ページからもダウンロードできます。

2. Delivery Method（配送方法）

Digital files are delivered instantly once payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your payment provider, but most purchases are available within a few minutes.

デジタルファイルは、決済完了後すぐにダウンロード可能となります。 ダウンロード可能になるまでの時間は決済サービスに依存しますが、通常は数分以内です。

3. Return Policy（返品ポリシー）

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

デジタル商品の性質上、一度ダウンロードされた商品の返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けできません。 購入前に商品説明をご確認ください。

4. Exceptions（例外）

• If you encounter a file error or cannot open your purchased pattern, please contact us. We will reissue the file or provide technical support.
• Duplicate purchases made by mistake may be eligible for a refund if the file has not been downloaded.

• 購入したファイルが開けない、破損している場合はご連絡ください。再発行またはサポートを行います。
• 誤って同じ商品を重複購入した場合、ダウンロードしていなければ返金に応じる場合があります。
