These Terms of Use govern your rights and responsibilities when purchasing and using FPP (Foundation Paper Piecing) patterns from Kanji Patch. 本利用規約は、Kanji Patch が提供する FPP パターンを購入・利用する際の権利および条件を定めるものです。
1. Copyright & Ownership / 著作権および所有権
All patterns, diagrams, text, and images are the intellectual property of Kanji Patch and are protected by international copyright laws. 本サイトのパターン、図案、テキスト、画像などの著作物は Kanji Patch に帰属し、国際的な著作権法により保護されています。
- Purchasing a PDF does not transfer copyright. PDFの購入によって著作権は移転しません。
- Reproduction or redistribution of the PDF itself is strictly prohibited. PDFデータの複製・再配布は禁止します。
- Publishing the pattern in books, magazines, or online media without permission is prohibited. 書籍・雑誌・ウェブ媒体への無断掲載は禁止します。
2. Personal Use / 個人利用について
You are allowed to print and sew the pattern for your personal enjoyment. 購入したパターンを個人で印刷し、制作を楽しむことができます。
- You may post photos of your finished quilts online with credit. 制作した作品の写真をオンラインに掲載する場合、クレジット表記を推奨します。
- Finished items may be given as gifts. 完成品は贈り物として使用できます。
3. Small-Scale Sales / 少量販売について
Individual makers may sell handmade items created using Kanji Patch patterns in small quantities. 個人のハンドメイド作家による 少量制作の販売 は許可します。
- No mass production or factory outsourcing. 大量生産・工場委託は禁止します。
- Credit such as “Pattern by Kanji Patch” is appreciated but not mandatory. 「Pattern by Kanji Patch」などのクレジット表記は任意ですが推奨します。
4. Prohibited Actions / 禁止事項
- Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital PDF data. PDFデータの転売・共有・再配布。
- Uploading the pattern or instructions to the internet. パターンや説明書のインターネット上へのアップロード。
- Tracing, modifying, or reproducing the pattern for redistribution. パターンのトレース・改変による再配布。
- Commercial publishing without written permission. 無断での商業出版（書籍化・雑誌掲載など）。
5. Teaching & Workshops / 教室・ワークショップ利用
Teachers may use the pattern for classes as long as each student purchases their own copy. 講師は、受講者それぞれが自分でパターンを購入する場合に限り、教室での使用を許可します。
- Sharing one purchased PDF among multiple students is prohibited. 1つのPDFを複数人で共有することは禁止します。
6. Disclaimer / 免責事項
Kanji Patch is not responsible for printing errors, sewing accidents, or issues caused by modifying the pattern. 印刷設定や縫製に関する事故、またパターンを改変したことによる問題については責任を負いません。
